Before joining BP, Marleece held senior positions at Lockheed Martin, John Deere, and Shell Oil Company, where she managed large-scale health programs. A sought-after speaker on topics such as stress management and work-life balance, she holds an MD from the University of Rochester and a Master of Healthcare Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
